Pink Floyd at Pompeii – MCMLXXII, the groundbreaking concert film directed by Adrian Maben in 1971, is now available in a spectacular new version. The original 35mm footage has been remastered and the audio remixed by Steven Wilson.

The unique music documentary was recorded against the breathtaking backdrop of the deserted Roman amphitheater in Pompeii and features an intimate Pink Floyd performance of six songs. Fans can also look forward to rare bonus material in “Pink Floyd at Pompeii – MCMLXXII,” which shows the band at Abbey Road Studios during the first sessions for The Dark Side of the Moon.

The album will be released alongside the film and will be available on vinyl for the first time ever.
