Die 1974 und 1975 aufgenommenen Alben „Fighting“ und „Nightlife“ waren die ersten Thin Lizzy-Alben, auf denen die als klassisch geltende Besetzung mit dem Gitarristen Scott Gorham und Brian Robertson zu hören war.
„Nightlife“ wurde im November 1974 unter der Produktion von Ron Nevison und Phil Lynott veröffentlicht und enthält Evergreens wie „Still in Love with You“ und „Sha La La“.
Fighting wurde im September 1975 veröffentlicht, erreichte Platz 60 der britischen Charts und enthält Titel wie Rosalie und Suicide.
Dieses 7CD Box-Set enthält die beiden Versionen von Nightlife, das Originalalbum und einen neuen Stereo-Mix von Richard Whittaker unter der Aufsicht von Gitarrist Scott Gorham, gemastert von Geoff Pesche in den Abbey Road Studios. „Fighting“ ist in einer neu gemasterten Form erhältlich, wobei vier Titel aufgrund der Verfügbarkeit der Bänder neu in Stereo abgemischt wurden.
Die anderen CDs enthalten unveröffentlichte Mixe aus dem Archiv der Band, Outtakes, B-Seiten, Radio-Sessions und zum ersten Mal offiziell eine 1975 in Derby aufgenommene Show.
Das Paket in einer 10 x 10 Box wird durch Sleeve Notes von Mark Blake von Mojo abgerundet und enthält ein Hardcover-Booklet mit seltenen Fotos und Erinnerungen, größtenteils beigesteuert durch Jim Fitzpatrick.
